I think the directors in this instance are more "small cap, non-execs" which is a little different to insider buying by multi-millionaire large cap executive directors. ie. They're not as closely involved, nor might they have the capital to invest in any significant way.

Noted it was another horrible day for shareholders today. I stepped in and bought some stock for the first time since the collapse. Felt that at a $35M market cap with close to $10M cash it's now trading at less than most startups which are burning through far more cash and might never even make a dime.
