    Yes so IMU are raising money to buy something, not the other way round.

    I have no idea what they may have their eye on, is it some kind of science that goes nicely with what they are doing? Is another company dabbling in the same area and they want to buy their IP to protect their area of expertise?

    Time will tell, I can't wait to find out.
