    Hi All

    I will watch with interest if Mr Scott plans to take further action, or is just having a winge . I presume to stop /unwind the Stella Sale you would have to take the matter through the Legal System, which would be very expensive.

    The problem for MFS is short term debts must be paid and Mr Scott should be well aware of this issue
