Clearly not a fully operational plant as has been mentioned several times in other announcements. Very misleading.
Disappointing announcement. I knew when they announced a trading halt on a Friday morning so that they could have the weekend plus two more days that something was up.
It's not a sell in my view as these things take time however management should learn from this situation.
