Agree that is a large variation, diligent. But would you believe it was the only reference to a figure I could find?
Apparently they dont keep specific records of such things.
And the only conclusion we can safely draw from them is that it does occur, and to imply it applies invariably is wrong and distressing to people who have been affected, such as Onepot.
