What appears to be the primary supply (and hopefully demand) strategy currently in place for Mobilise, I'd really like to know the performance on this email campaign!.
The engagement material used to attract users and progress are we 50% through the campaign or 1%.
Alcott Hire are absolutely massive, and a great client however they'll want to see equipment rented through the platform asap or like every business will move on. Question, Are we working with Alcotts major demand users by offering incentives to rent the same equipment through the Mobilise platform?.
The longer we focus on supply and don't prioritize demand you'll continually spin in circles (just like with DMC's fleet of unavailables) . We have 3,700 listed items in January, it should be 90% Demand 10% Supply since then.
Let the performance of DEMAND be your greatest lever to grow supply.
