    It is arguable that MOU's are red flags

    Cant get any business done so sign a loose, revenue free, commitment free agreement.

    I can point you to many specs that were all MOU's and no action! That promised the earth but ended in tears.

    These pre-rev specs are dangerous - proceed with caution.
