Listening to Geoff Wilson, is interesting because he places a large emphasis on the managers of businesses. He said he waited 5 years for Catriona ? The head analysist of his new overseas equity fund, and he said he would have waited another 5 years for the right person.
One of the questions he asks management is “tell me how you make your money !”

If they cant explain easily, he tends to give them the flick.
