No JjJ3 , this implies that holding meetings concerning drilling plans on block 9 with 12-20 professional people around a table including Cupet representation , that more substance and progress must be known than what the market and shareholders know.
Nothing can happen here on block 9 , no progress can take place without first a route to funding the drilling operations and no matter the qty of meetings they hold will facilitate that drilling planning progress unless funding the capex cost is in place.
Or of course perhaps they just decided to meet and discuss the weather or monthly Rum export quotas .. ?
