KEEP CALM & CARRY ON! look today's announcement was a let down and so we saw a lot of churn & burn and the SP take a hit to low 20s....yes that is annoying but NO its not the end of the world. Like some posts before have mentioned if you believe in AGY and are a LT holder then its really a BUY opportunity. The lack of gas supply from Bolivia is a creditable reason as to why battery grade Li wasn't achieved. I have been lucky enough to visit the salt flats of Bolivia few years ago and while it is an amazing place to visit nothing really works and the unexpected can happen. I'm sure it also caught Management by surprise and as they didn't have a Plan B, tried to wing it and it didn't really work thus the announcement today being a nothing.
Management will learn from this. If you don't believe in AGY or their management then it's an easy decision SELL, if you do (like me) then HOLD or BUY. This isn't a widget factory operating in Perth this is brine mining play in northern Argentina. Of course there will be the odd set back, its brine mining....in salt flats of Argentina! With the gas being turned back on, I am sure Pablo and the team will achieve what they set out to do and SH's will be rewarded!
