We tried to warn him.
Holding CFDs short for coming on a year means interest payments. Likely got hit by the dividend too. He's probably not even sitting on a profit, no wonder he desperately wants it to go to $66.
Live and learn. CFDs should be short term 'gambles', not long term structural position plays.
I'm sure he'll pop up if we dip under 70 again with some insight. Hope the stress levels aren't to high.
I'm going to try and ride this to 74-76.
