Vanguard is a mainly an index fund mgr so I assume they've been growing FUM and it pushed them over 5%. Nonetheless, at sub $9.50 I bought some more today. It may drift lower in the short term, but outlook looks great over next year or two. The negative sentiment cloud will eventually lift, and I agree with everything Morgan Stanley said recently when they moved this to a 'buy'.(higher interest rates, simplified business model etc etc).
