I just feel that if you invest in the stockmarket for a long time you will get burnt every now and then. There will be the odd occasion where you do everything right in your research and management simply lie and you get burnt (allco may or may not figure in this category, i am just speaking generally). In these situations it is more productive using your time learning on how to potentially avoid this type of management in future situations, rather than dwell on the past. The harsh reality is shareholder compensation claims are rarely successful and it is a waste of one's time and energy to dwell on things from this angle.
