I'm quite sure that you are right, @skinsy11 . It was never going to be an easy CR, and as they are obliged to do a TH at the outset, I fully expected a voluntary suspension to follow on, to give them the time needed to complete the deal. And the deal surely will be completed, as imo they would not do a TH without prior exploratory discussions.
Given the recent updates etc, a CR always looked likely. My sentiment remains Buy until I have new news to make me change it
