Your opinion is hardly a verified statement of fact as you appear to announce. The jury is still out on the "gap" being filled.
There is hardly any need to insult people who disagree with your opinion.
There is no such thing as "facts" when it comes to technical analysis, it's all theories, and probabilities but there are no absolutely certain outcomes.

Seems to be a lot of resistance to filling the gap, because there are plenty of buyers in the low 9's. Looks like the SP will oscillate somewhere around current ranges until a news release, or the August financials are published. Once that happens, unless the company has dropped the ball, I think the gap will be left way behind.
