My view is that A2M is a very good company, and they have got a very good supply base from 2 companies in New Zealand, one of which they have substantial shares in.
Milk powder made from New Zealand Milk is viewed as a superior product in China, A2M is seen as a superior product in China.
A2M is the highest growth brand of Milk powder in China. The China market is a fast growing one, with lots of people joining the middle class and many regional provinces who A2M can grow into
A2M is growing at 70% and trade on a 40x 2018 earning, if it only grow at 50% next year, it will trade at 26x 2019 earning. A2M has a history of beating estimates, sometimes by a significant amount.
