Primus, I was smart enough to lock 50% of my rates in 6 months ago.....but if I didn't I would not be very happy. I still have plenty of spare cash....but I am still wary and conservative and I can imagine how these interest rate rises must be hurting many people...I feel for them.
"still over committed are you??" are trying to gain pleasure from someone elses sorrow.....you sad sad excuse for a human being....have you ever tried empathy? Please go somewhere else with your negativity....it's not welcome here as I am sure everyone on HC agrees.
