I believe they already have decided with the employment of Dr. Mohammad Choucair and doing the Strategic Review.
Mining Licence progressing currently for Graphite/Graphene manufacturing and Dr Choucair is at the forefront of Quantum and Graphene technology's so it pretty obvious having this guy on board indicates their direction.
They are still being approached by parties and in negotiations so for me I'm still accumulating on the dips and waiting to see what develops ... IMO .. if anything significant is going to happen it will be this year.
