cpi and ecg

Further to my previous post re the electrocardiograph (ECG)... have since discovered that the term electrocardiogram was in fact introduced in 1893, at a meeting of the Dutch Medical Association, and that its use as a clinical tool began in 1895.

Therefore it's interesting to note that 112 years later, the ECG is still the most commonly used method for assessing cardiac function.

Which makes the Cardanal Predictive Index even more significant. Please correct me I'm wrong Umshebi, but am guessing that the CPI could represent the most radical advancement to the use of ECG's since the ECG was invented.
