As you know I'm in, however I have tried to work out what the down side could be - just in case.

I think it would be useful to get some opinion on the down-side. I have come up with a "bad case" 90c if Centro goes down (unfortunately, it would take a year or two to realize this though).

On the other hand if Centro go down but can find a buyer for the whole busioness, the sp might be as much as $1.15.

What do ppl think?
