The most likely reason for the delay is the lab hasn't completed the testing. In that scenario I don't know what management is expected to do. The lab probably gave an indication of turn around time which is what VIC used in their ann. Would shareholders prefer the company come out and say we are still waiting on results - nothing new to report?
