And a rebate annually from the look of it
I'm comfortable with that. To now, BHD hasnt been part of the interweb of all the other companies in the armada. If someone else is going to make some money and have business valuation on the back of processing the BHD trades, why shouldn't BHD shareholders get a slice of that? It seems convoluted, what isnt here, but in simplicity seems like $2m back from the trading over 4 years.
Whether that has any additional value in 4 years time to be a convertible note worth anything shall remain to be seen and I think it also suggest that the BHD needs to do some pretty profitable trading to cover whatever costs they're paying to JB HG, for JBHD to agree to this.
Most importantly I am glad that they clarified we are *not* giving any money away. As much as we've had another clarification (derp) I am much more relieved than I was 3 hours ago when we were all thinking we were giving someone $13.5m.
