this may be a niave question.
but if sub 1.00 is bargain why is the share price NOT rising? if the company is a going concern (on paper) whats holding it up - sure its not going back to 11 bucks today, but I'd have thought 1.50 would be acceptable while waiting for news.
Is it just margin calls holding it down?
