Here’s a theory for ya, kdwe.

Possibly, some entity wants to have a crack at Oz in the future, they Could possibly have a good stake in that company but don’t want to tip over the 5% mark ( just yet).
Buying a chunk of Avb gives them more Oz shares without breaching disclosure rules and if Oz strings their tilt at us out a bit more, this ( hypothetical) entity could suck up a lot of Avb?????
