The Riva deal is garbage - happy to apolgise, reveal my identity and buy you the best steak and bottle of red in Sydney, if and when MSM get their first royalty and profit distribution payments from Riva (and - if you don't live in Sydney - happy to fly you there) I think you would have to agree that the $3 M wont come from shareholders out of the Entitlement Offer - so it will have to come out of the post Entitlement Offer placement arrangements - that principally or totally means from Riva. Why are you so confident that Riva will pay double the market price. If they are so excited and committed to MSM, why are they not sitting in the market buying all the shares they can sub the 4.3 cent issue/placement price? That not only shows their belief in MSM and Megastar India but helps stabilize the price and start moving it in the right direction. That move simply makes commercial sense. Why are they not doing it. If you are so confident about Riva paying up - ask yourself that question instead of just blind belief. Show me one search or any other piece of evidence that suggests that Riva are the 'real deal' and that they are more likely than not going to cough up the money. How does MSM force the arrangement if they don't or if they (Riva) play the squeeze game. Guys, get a realistic grip on this - put away your fantasy cookies, stop sniping at anyone that has a contrary view, accept that you neither have a sole right to post on HC or that your views are not open to question or challenger. Cut the crap that your views are always right when the overwhelming evidence and share price should tell any thinking , listening person that MSM is in serious trouble and the concept is a long, long away from being demonstrated as a commercial and market driven concept. Look at saving your commercial arses rather than your pride - that is already down the drain alongside the MSM share price. But hey!! - I could be wrong. Cannot wait to hear that echoed by the usual suspects

If Riva purchased 79m on market, the share price they would be paying will be multiples. Do the maths from the register and tell me what their investment would be on market. Come on. Logic. Enough said. Goodnight
