As the saying goes, you have got to have balls of steel to be buying this imho.
Sure there's upside, but lots of risk with sud having no cash and a court case hanging over them. So many other stocks to pick from with potential upside but without these near term risk factors.
But then I guess it's factored into the price, and nothing ventured nothing gained etc.
