Bionic Boy
I would suggest that a starting point may be to have contact with Scott and let him know there is some shareholder support for his move to rationalise and bring some credibility back to the company. Hence the request for contact details.
As a minimum I believe there is support to have someone with shareholder interests and potentially ability to raise necessary funds taking control of the situation and sifting through the mess, rather than throwing the baby out with the bathwater. It may not be achievable but appears a better option than what is currently happening.
On fundamentals it appears with Stella the actual servicability of the debt was not so much of an issue and the business appears to be increasing in strength. On this basis coupled with Scotts connections and credibility and of course shareholder support who knows.
