Before entering a new market I would expect a serious level of investigations to understand and estimate barriers to entry, including but not limited to legal, commercial, regulatory being performed. And these hurdles would be appropriately communicated to all involved.
What I find disturbing is such risks are not identified or communicated effectively or at all. Will this change?
