Reading back through the announcement, i particularly like this paragraph

"To further highlight the level of importance of the project, Townsville City Council have hired a highly experienced
dedicated resource to wholly focus on facilitating the fast tracking of key milestones and the Qld State Government is in
the process of making a similar pledge on top of its commitment for $3.1 million in funding."

Demonstrates how keen local and state governments are for this to happen and sooner rather than later.
