management buyout at 1.50

here is the plan.
the unshaven instead of wasting money on specs could send a message to the market as to how much they believe AGM is worth.
obviously $1 is way too cheap so management could come in way under the $1.65 and buy out all holders and ride this baby on the private market until its ready to refloat at $5-$10.
Now all AGM shareholders could be a part of this opportunity by simply buying all the shares available at $1.50 still a 10% discount to the beards valuation and take it private.
