What THD / AR Technologies is trying to pull off, although relevant and possibly highly profitable, does not need the financial and trading restriction that being publicly listed burdens you with, it belongs in private ownership. Now that future CR's are off the table after the last failure, there is absolutely no reason to be ASX listed.
CPS and Armada know what they are doing and probably have acquired enough voting leverage to completely rearrange the furniture.
