i.e. The mains gas supply was connected but not switched on.
Let's define "towards the end of last week" as being Thursday 31 May 2018.
I am calling that "DAY 1" waiting for Gasnor S.A. (the gas distributor in Salta Province) to complete its final inspection and issue its approval to initiate supply via the connection.
Today is 7 June 2018 - have now been waiting...
