Their platforms are ok but that isnt what constitutes all of their profit.
Their FP arm is completely broken and reliant on grandfathered fees/commission as they don't service clients and their crappy legacy investment options that current rort fees due to high exit fees are coming to an end.
Still been the easiest, no-brainer short ever.
