They might have much more information, but what do they do with it and are they smarter than some of the larger shareholders NOT making the decisions??

If they were smart they would have taken the CVC offer last year, and this issue would likely not have arisen.

Given all the information that is in the public, and the new CIY due diligence and its conditions and lack of value, hard to see how you can still call this a buy.
