I bought - mainly because 10% down with no change in outlook seems extreme. He is also hanging around to release the results. Quinton may even end up with the CEO role - he seems suitable at first glance. Also it is correct that he either stay for the period of the new plan or hand over IMO. At least benefit of the doubt is reasonable - lol
