I am suspicious of WSA - has bucked the trend the last week or so given the market conditions (check those charts for all you chart lovers) - not that I think ZFX is going there, but it is just a side note. I happened to pick up a mining magazine at the airport last swing and it had an article about Streeter saying he thought the shares were worth $10 (don't quote me, but that was the general gist of it) - so it would be a price or around $1.6B, which is quite a bit more than the AGM bid
