Don't forget, a buyer has to buy all the debts as well.
Let's assume: Book value 26 Billion, because of bank pressure offer is 50 % of that, makes 13 B, less all the debts ( how many billions, let's say 10 B ?????????) equals 3 B, lets say CNP / CER SP - Ratio ( before the 18 December ) 1 : 3 would result in CNP $ 2.25 and CER $ 0.75.
One reason for CER going down today might be the SP - ratio was appr. 1 : 1,5 therefore twice as high as in December.
Who could buy ? As I mentioned 2 days before, an Arabian Investor Group, located in Dubai, is ready to act. These guys are really interested in buying Centros US-Centres at a bargain price. How do I know ? One of my friends is working in Dubai on one of their projects. But I don't know if they have already put an offer on the table.
Why do I tell you ? Just to let you know that even if SP goes down tomorrow or Monday for whatever reason, there could be hope soon.
But again, there is no guarantee, don't hold me reliable for any losses, but bless me for any gains.
