I don't think anybody is going to take over APG until the technology is proven; by which time the share price will reflect that fact. If it doesn't I'm happy to hold for the dividend flow - the yield will be superb.
On the flipside, if the technology doesn't work out, well lets not think about the share price in that scenario - my missus won't be too happy.
