Director selling so what.., page-51

I have two thoughts to add
1. If he thought we were doomed, why not sell 100% or at least more than he did. Directors don't have to hold any shares is my understanding (although have to act in the best interest of the company and shareholders).

2. 30 million shares of AVZ is not a lot of money for a wealthy guy at recent prices. Say he averaged 14 cents, that is 4.2M AUD. A lot to risk in terms of reputation, good faith etc just to grab $4M.
