I have been posting about the downward pressure on the SP of share dilution for a couple of years now....
I have argued that this is because interested parties can always sit back take no risk (waiting for events like today... never having to pay for that risk...) knowing that 7.1 will always allow them to take a bite later off market should they wish..
This means there is never any pressure for them to commit on market...
Consequently there is never any upward price pressure on the SP...
I continue to put up solid evidence.
I argue the maths just does not add up in existing shareholders favour...
