If QBL were actively trading then yes, that information should be available to all market participants but at this moment in time, it is not.
Let's say that some investors on here do not reside in Australia and therefore when the ASX opens, it is 1am. It is more than likely that the announcement will be released when they (me) are mid way through an REM sleep cycle. This puts them at a disadvantage. Is that the company's problem? No.
