Mechturk, the name of the game is selling it on. I for one have never wanted to see MB running a production, I take your points about his lack of track record, risky and long drawn even in experienced hands.
Whether he sells on via jv, outright sale or whatever I care not as long as the deal is good, and Mick regardless of your many disparaging posts has an eye for good deals. But if he stopped moving forward and just put up ‘for sale’ signs he would not get the best outcome.
The numbers should be good enough to make us all happy, and on the subject of numbers where’s the MH update; that should be a good guide to value. Hopefully he’s holding it back at the request of negotiating parties.
The current silence cuts two ways. Slightly better sentiment in UK today, more boards posting and increased twitter activity last few days.
