For someone who has probably already answered the same question 300 times this morning, she was very upbeat.

I have narrowed this down to one of the following reasons:

1. It was almost her lunch break.

2. The retrenchment package was way more than she expected.

3. It's almost the weekend.

4. She got something really special for Valentine's day.

5. She knows the contents of the announcement and feels sure that it is so good that idiots like me will stop calling when they hear it.

6. She knows the contents of the announcement, knows it's really bad but is still looking forward to speaking to me every day for the next two months.

7. She really enjoys working for Centro.
