With respect, company directors with "skin in the game" should only sell when certain milestones are hit and true shareholder value is delivered- via TO, JV or a clearly defined path to production .
Taking profit off the table? They guy is worth tens of millions. Share prices of other stocks drop 5%-10% when a director sells a few thousand shares and he dumps 50% of his before he's even delivered a JORC?
Good management stay the course with the shareholders.
