My understanding is that an update is on its way for early next week, there has been a hold up on the DD legal side of things but they are working through it, after all this is Africa we are dealing with & everything takes double the time as it does in Aus.

The reason the smart money is in OKR is not because of existing assets, but rather for whats to come.
Klaus was silly in his timing to sell AVZ stock but had every right to profit take.
Having said that, don't let your emotions cloud your judgement. 4 months ago he was deal maker extraordinaire and market darling.
Nothing has changed, we are still reviewing a lot of projects looking for the monster deposits or multiple deals.
Not hard to realistically imagine in the mid term OKR being a 5-Disallowed from these levels.

Such a tight capital structure, low EV, cash in the bank, Proven management with a extensive network in Africa.
Waiting for these projects, Should fly in time.
