The market has factored in the HX completion already and now in the process of testing FAT & DST value being applied very soon. It hasn't taken into account CAT/FBR going binding yet IMO or Build 1 being a success. The further we go down the next 6 months of the 2018 year and the derisking process evolves along with some large sales deals the closer to 500 mil plus MC we get.
Lets all hang in and maybe buy a few more on the dips im thinking its going to be a nice Christmas this year.
