It is not surprise, but hugely different between pass and not pass. More importantly, it is the first G7 country legalise recreational use, how does other G7 happy to watch Canada takes all the money? Many tourist will simply travel to Canada to have some fun. My prediction is that we will see other G7 or even G20 countries start to do something soon.
