Hi MSX I called the 1300 number and spoke to an exec. I spoke to David Grey approximately three months ago. I'm not 100% sure who I woke to this time but I was happy with the information.
A few reasons re: no letter I am sure; most probably place off work with a small team and the cost and effort of a mail-out.
