What was the NPV for 30% of Monty? 50m? Removes execution risk, credit risk, dilution risk, risk of being bled slowly by SFR. To be frank I think this is a decent deal. How may explorers get a cash and royalty offer for more than their entire EV, for a single project without a TO? This is the goal of most explorers, anyone who expects them to pull every dollar out of the ground is operating in fairy land.
How many explorers with two decent projects and $60m in the bank are trading at a negative EV on the ASX? I'll be staggered if this is not trading 35-40c within a week.
