RHC is starting to appear attractive at current prices. Just a note on HSO, as it is the most comparable to RHC. Some of the future revenue/profits from the new northern beaches hospital are baked into that price. Once that hospital is completed the p/e and EV/EBITDA multiple should come down to multiples potentially below RHC. Which is the way it should be as RHC is a superior quality company.
